AI completely destroyed my sleep.
Fable comes out, and I want to meet my weekly limits. Astra drops, and I burn through my weekly subscription in a couple of hours.
There’s always one more idea to test, one more agent to run, one more thing that didn’t exist this morning but could be working tonight.
Everything becomes a copy of a copy… (like in Fight Club)
You begin creating at the speed of thought, and the normal pace feels painful.
This loop will wreck a lot of people because it has no natural stopping point. The tools keep going, the ideas keep arriving, and your brain keeps trying to close another loop:
What else could I build?
But it’s also creating opportunities that didn’t exist six days ago.
Professional gaming prepared me for this era. It taught me to have quick reflexes, adjust quickly, and stay inside a difficult system long after a normal person would have closed the laptop.
Apparently, it also taught me to ignore bedtime.
Here’s what I’ve been building
This video is 100% AI-generated.
ElevenLabs powers my voice. HeyGen powers my avatar. HyperFrames handles the editing and visual presentation. But it is striknigly similar to me…
This setup lets me produce while most of my attention stays on agentic engineering:
Building systems where AI agents can research, write, design, code, and move real work forward.
This is only the beginning
With more of the code handled by agents, you’re going to see much more of me. Despite what most people think, content, even AI generated one, takes a real effort to make it sound good. Taste is not something you’ll be able to outsource that easily…
More videos, more experiments, and more honest updates from inside the work.
If you want to learn how I built all of this, including why I keep making terrible decisions about sleep, join the Agentic Business Sprint.
I’ll see you inside.

pretty wild you are able to translate your taste and vibe onto these systems
